Head of Staff

The Head of Staff leads the staff team who run UKOGB behind the scenes. Where the other offices on this wiki are part of the roleplay, the staff keep the community itself running: welcoming new members, helping them set up their accounts, handling tickets and reports, and making sure the rules are followed.

Role

The Head of Staff organises the staff team, decides who handles what, and is the first point of contact for problems that need a staff decision. On the UKOGB website the Head of Staff receives the staff notifications and can manage member accounts, and in the Discord server they hold the Head of Staff role.

Appointment

The Head of Staff is chosen by the server's owner and works alongside the administrators. Members who want to help can apply to join the staff team on the website, and the staff team reviews the applications.
